Straightheads is director Dan Reed's first feature and is about two people who have never been involved in crime, have never had to defend themselves against violence, who are unexpectedly victims of a brutal attack and find they can only deal with psychological and physical damage they experience by actively using violence as a means to solve their pain.

When Alice and Adam make the decision to resort to violence they become entangled in a series of moral conflicts that leads them to places they have never been before.
